PROM WAS A BLAST!! <3 started off by meeting tanjia to get her makeup stuff, after which we cabbed down to carlton hotel to yanzhu's room to get our makeup done, then we walked over to raffles convention centre where we had our prom! i had to go round collecting money like a loanshark. :/ then we practised walking and stuff, and there was a break while all the parents came. OH YES MY DEAR MUMMY WENT! :D
obviously prom was a massive camwhoring session, but the lighting was kind of dark so many people used flash and the flashes almost blinded me. haha i wont be putting the photos up because i look super ugly. :( and i couldnt find alot of people at the ballroom because i wasnt wearing my contacts nor specs so my vision wasnt exactly that clear, and they all look so different! most of them looked really good la, some of whom looked really kewt in dresses, like pamela & wendy! haha. my attire was kind of like a mismatch because the colour of the dress and the shawl couldnt even match. and the room actually turned out to be quite cold.. :/ and i guess we were too busy looking for other people to take photos and i forgot to take with CC individually! HOW COULD I. :( :( so coincidentally my camera battery was exhausted at the end of the dinner.
prom dinner ended with family dance and lots of st nicks cheers, it was really heartwarming but at least we managed to hold back all our tears. haha. reached home and 12.22am and i had a tough time trying to remove all my make up. HAHA.
& there's still st nicks band camp afterwards, accompanying simin to watch her squad swear in! and perhaps we will stay in school for one last time. i guess this is really the last time i will step into st nicks for 2007! :/
