KAYAKING AT MACRITCHIE YESTERDAY! with junsen, daryl, kwangyi, xiaojia, jialing, olivia, yanzhu & myself! okay its the dryest kayaking experience i had, as quoted from xiaojia, cause
1. there were no waves & we had to capsize ourselves :/
2. we couldnt even tan ourselves cause the sun was missing!
3. the boundary is super small and it was no kick at all
4. the coach is super annoying, he keeps suan-ing us la!
so we only kayaked for one hour then we stopped already. oh wells. we shall kayak elsewhere next time, and with more people! :)
after kayaking we went to chicken house for lunch! then enghwee, benedict & gabriel joined us for ice-cream at icekimo! :)
went home to bath & rest for a while before i went cny shopping with my mum! bought a red dress & im still sourcing for nice clothes! :)
i want to go grab the zara sale but i dont think i'll have any time.
CNY IS JUST NEXT WEEK! omg how exciting. :/
after lessons ended today, i went to parkway with eric, alyssa & gillian, & its called the 9-pointers outing. hahaha. supposedly we were there to help eric choose his specs, but in the end we got him to treat us to swensens ice cream! YAY. but he didnt get to make his specs cause he was late for remedial. hahaha. then i joined matthew & his friends and we went to weeho's house to slack around. on the way home, i took 31, and i was on the bus for the entire bus ride from bedok interchange to toa payoh interchange! wah it was super long & tiring, i fell asleep on the bus but i didnt miss my stop. duh haha. :)
argh, i still cant decide whether to change class or not! S41 or S61? PHYSICS or ECONOMICS or GEOGRAPHY?? but in both classes i'm the only bandmember inside so it doesnt make much difference actually. :/

yes, i finally got to meet up with them yesterday! jiaying, kahyee, simin, enid and i went down to cineleisure for lunch/dinner and we caught up quite a bit. aww simin's leaving for australia this friday, one day after we get back our results! she wrote me a super long letter & gave me a pretty bag, i'll really miss her loads! :( the only good thing is that we can get to send her off as we have no school on friday! :D
i think i have been going to town way too often, since its so convenient from Vjc. haha. went there like 3 days consecutively since sunday! we saw alot of people celebrating thaipusam! its quite gross cause the needles are all pricked into the body! :(
okay, lunch was some seafood soup that matthew recommended, and i ended up scalding my tongue. :( haha i finally watched AVP2 today!
one more day of school at Vj before i get back my results! apparently, it might just be my last day there tmrw! cause my mum says there's no need to go back for lessons next week if im not going back to that school after jae. AH SHIT. trying to finish writing all my letters now. :(

not everyone turned up, but i think it was still quite fun! met up with them and took lots of photos! i ate like half a sausage and half a chicken wing only. haha. then we exchanged presents! weeho bought us donuts from donut fac + his specialty smile. haha. & omg i think the notebook by denise & ben is really super nice! the gift from anthea was super sweet too. love my OGLS lots! :D

after the bbq, junsen, pinrui, gabriel, olivia, jialing, alexa & i walked to alexa's house, kaikeng & daryl joined us later. her house is so cosy! :) took turns to bathe while we played card games. I FINALLY LEARNT HOMO! haha but sadly, i think i suck at it. :(
went to the playground at 2am in the morning and we drank hoegaarden beer! pinrui mixed orange juice + beer = ORANGE BEER. koped from daryl, then tried pinrui's orange beer, and shared another bottle with kaikeng, so i ended up drinking quite alot. haha. olivia only tried the orange beer! EXCUSE ME, I CAN DRINK OKAY. :)
slept at around 4 and i was the first to wake up at 6.30! haha. but luckily i didnt have any hangover or headache during band! i managed to last all the way till the stupid long bus ride home. haha.
went for my first piano lesson after more than 5 months and i think i totally lost all my skills. i'm still sightreading the pieces, so i doubt i'll be able to take the exam anytime soon. :(

SUNDAY IS ICEKIMO DAY! :D
went to bishan to fetch xiaojia, phy, olivia, enghwee & kahsiong and we went to chicken house for lunch! followed by ice cream at ice kimo! xiaojia & phy ate the brownie ice cream while the rest of us shared fondue! yanzhu came to join us too! yay i love ice cream, it makes me HAPPY, but FATTER as well. haha.
after ice cream we went to the playground at my house and i brought my turtles down as well! omg i bet my neighbours must be thinking that im damn childish cause i was hugging the giant sized turtle. hahaha. took lots of photos, and most of them are up on facebook. :D
then it started drizzling and we changed to another playground opposite my house! & took even more photos.. oh and we made new friends with two cute little caucasian boys! they were calling kahsiong UNCLE all the way, super hilarious. haha. and i played chinese chess with enghwee! i trashed him once, but he won me back, so we're considered quits now. hahaha.
just some random facts.
1. enghwee is afraid of heights, he didnt dare to climb too high up the spider web.
2. kahsiong behaves like a monkey cause he goes round climbing all the bars at turbo speed. haha.
3. I LOVE TURTLES, especially when they are green. :)
dinner with kahsiong, phy & olivia at long house while the rest left. it started raining super heavily and the thunders sounded like bombs! haha quite frightening, but lucky the rain died off after a while..
anyway there was band prac yesterday and gillian came! then there were not enough ligatures so i had to substitute it with 5 rubber bands! haha. i didnt know rubber bands could work too, then might as well save the money buying ligatures and use rubber bands instead! but in the end mr wong bought me a new ligature anyway. yay. :)
we went through all the competition songs, especially machu picchu! omg that song is seriously tough, got to practise doubly or even triply hard! haha. after band, a huge big group went to subway at east coast park for lunch! then i went back to parkway to walk around looking for presents for our mortals. haha.
enghwee was being random and he suggested going to matthew's house to play drums so enghwee, fah jin, matthew and i went. and we watched princess mononoke. haha i didnt really watch the show, but i like the soundtrack, damn nice!! :D
oh gosh, i need to start writing to my mortals soon! and finish up my tutorials! there's school tmrw. :/

yay first class photo! but not everyone is there cause some uhh ponned GP tutorial today. i realise the guys looked super sad in the photo, i wonder why. :/
anyway it was jeralyn's birthday today so the class bought her like $80 worth of presents! & she got a packet of flour thrown all over her during break, and everyone else were staring at us having fun. its quite amazing how our whole class got tgt to trick her despite the fact that we've known each other for only less than a week! :)
shittt i left my green file in the band room, so i cant do my work tonight! anyway come to think of it, i have been spending practically all my breaks in the band room and its super cosy and fun! now, its time to start practising for New York Trip!! :)

school's started for more than a week now but i havent exactly got used to it yet. how i wish orientation could last longer. lecture tutorial system sucks big time, even though we do get breaks every now and then to slack around. dont really know anyone in 08S61 but i think my classmates are quite nice, thats the only consolation. :(
I MISS ST NICKS! i miss pang ah choy's ORANGE BOWL & uncle mobeen's TEH TARIK. i miss assembly with MRS GOH. i miss the school bells back then. i miss having lessons with CHARITY. i miss CC truckloads. i miss going down to st nicks band room. i miss everything & anything in st nicks. & THIS FEELING SUCKS. :(
why must everything be happening altogether now. im such a big fat loser, totally embarrassed myself during dinner yesterday. trying to occupy myself by doing all the tutorials but it doesnt actually help much. right now i shall just pray hard that things will get better soon.

okay these kind of sum up what i did yesterday. aww, orientation finally ended, and i really dont want it to end so soon la. :(
JTS somehow became Jingwen Treat Seniors so i had to treat jermyn & weeho to sakae dessert! & not forgetting that day at BK and i treated the ogls too. tough luck when your name starts with J. haha. :/
officially started lessons today! my relief CT tutor is like 18 only cause he just graduated. so he doesnt like us to call him MR cause it makes him old. haha. econs lecture was super boring! plus the LT aircon wasnt working so its very stuffy and i felt like sleeping inside. :(
but geog seemed lots of fun, the lecture only lasted 15 mins! haha.
basically i wasted alot of my time today cause i had about 3 hours of break time. :/
played games in the band room after lessons and it was super funny, invented new games and just kept laughing about. haha. then went to plaza sing with matthew, weeho & friends and Senior Treat Jingwen in return! matthew treated me to gelare and then we went for dinner at thai express. :)
omg i think i've been eating too much these few days. OH NO. i better jog more rounds for pe tmrw! haha. and i got another 2 hours break tmrw. :/

orientation is fun, but also super tiring.. there's alot of cheers & mass dances to learn! there's seriously lots of waiting, we practically wait for everything & anything! haha. there's always dinner with either the band people or the og, so i've been reaching home rather late these days, especially when i take about 1.5 hours to reach home from vj.
guess this is jc life. haha.
got to know our classes and im in the class with NO st nicks classmates & NO band seniors from the senior class. tough luck, i hope i can survive these few weeks in that class! & im in purple house! sadly, not green. :(
mass dance at suntec today was the best! met up with the og first at the food court and we shared lame jokes and played stupid games! there was one game which only matthew & i couldnt understand so they said that band people were dense. :( haha but i still managed to figure it out before matthew! YAY. :D
so during the mass dance, we were outdoors and it started raining quite heavily. but we were still super high and continued dancing yeah! & there's so many NSSN people who came to crash! haha. so we started screaming all the different cheers that we could think of, both VJ cheers + SN cheers! then we also formed "trains" and ran around the fountain of wealth many many times to parade! so fun. :D
but something bad actually dampened my spirits during supper. & i'm falling sick, going to lose my voice already, perhaps because of all the cheering & the stupid rain. :(
took a bus home and i reached home super late again!
okay, sea regatta on monday, i must really really enjoy it!!
oh & before that, we actually skipped band prac in the morning at vj to go back to st nicks to visit them cause its cca fair today! watched the band perform & caught up with some friends + teachers. yes i seriously miss st nicks alot!!
