FEBRUARY THE 29TH :)

enghwee say its a special day that only happens once every four years so i should make use of the last few minutes and blog about it!
& perhaps because its such a rare day, i think its the best day i had so far since JAE! :)

sadistic or what, i kind of enjoyed the 3 hours of continuous lectures and time seemed to pass a little bit more quickly today. haha. then chewpin, peiling, regina, celeste and i met with jiaying before we went to NYP for lunch! after which celeste, jiaying and i went back to st nicks to meet yanzhu, cherms & enid! saw some juniors again but didnt manage to take photos with them cause my camera died. :(
went back for a short while only then celeste and i went back to aj for our first band prac! ehh the conductor seems quite freaky. but i get to play alto now! or maybe even percussions. haha.

today's the first time i am home so early! apparently i am always home only when the sky is dark, so perhaps thats one benefit of studying near home. but now i'm just rotting at home with nothing to do! :/

anyway lessons ended at 10.45 today! but there was CCA festival at 2.15 so we wasted more than 3 hours doing nothing AGAIN, just like yesterday. and we couldnt even go out for lunch cause the school assumes that we will pon once we leave school. :/

chewps: wth this feels like prison la! why cant they bloody let us out.
regina: yeah man. and we cant do anything except eat & eat & eat.
jingwen: prison is much better please, at least the food is FOC, but we got to pay so much over here.
somehow it just feels worse than being in prison. i really want to dismiss that thought, but somehow the school's not helping at all. :(
& i havent decided on which cca to join! haha.

on a much lighter note, fool's gold yesterday was damn good! we watched it at gold class in vivo and the seats are damn freaking nice! its super spacious and we could even lie down to watch the movie. they provided blankets for us too! no wonder it costs $25 each. haha. and after the movie we had some steamboat buffet. it wasnt really that good, but we certainly ate our worth. :)

im kind of lazy to blog about aj orientation in details, anyway i was kind of missing for the first two days, only managed to interact more with the og on the last day. & the finale was good. :)

yesterday - went back to vj to speak with mr wong, then i cleared my cube and lunch with the band people. camwhored alot, but i shant put all the photos here in case it lags. haha. i shall just put some. :)

so im back again after one week!
it kind of sucks because i only have time to use the computer once a week now, and i havent been talking to lots of people online! ahh.

anyway it was quite an eventful week! :)
thursday was valentines day.. maybe its because we dont have a common recess time to run around exchanging presents, or maybe its because its the first time i'm celebrating vday in a co-ed school, the atmosphere just feels different from that in st nicks. hahaha. anyway we revealed the band angel & mortal game! kahsiong's my angel and benedict's my mortal. & i had several other adopted angels as well. haha. basically vday just burnt a huge hole in my pocket because i spent close to 90 bucks on all the gifts. & i was awake the whole night trying to finish up my presents & trying to study for geog. :/ but i received many nice presents too! especially from benedict & junsen. :)

cross-country on the following day. i was actually running until i reached the overhead bridge and decided to wait for jiaying & alexa. then the three of us purposely waited till everyone overtook us and slowly walk back to school. in the end we were the top three from the bottom! LOL. i was with alexa while we watched the guys run back, and we had a nice talk about teddy bears & marshmellows! hahaha.
after cross-country jiaying & i brought shuhan back to st nicks to eat orange bowl! we were supposed to collect our testimonial but it wasnt ready yet. feels old to be back there looking at all the juniors. & i JUST found out that drills has been abolished. i didnt even know.. oh wells.
rushed down to the cathay after that to catch JUNO! i thought it was some kind of horror movie but it turned out to be quite a funny movie about this 16 year old. haha. oh oh then after we had dinner, kahsiong, kaikeng, daniel, benedict, oli and i went to play pool! & i won both games that i played YAY! haha.

then there was stj yesterday. games were more or less fun, except i kind of screwed up the seniors' plans. :( anyway the j1s went cycling around ecp while the j2s prepared food at the chalet. drank a cup of vodka mixed sprite, abit of heineken & abit of hoegaarden. i think hoegaarden is still the best. :) then we went to macs to eat because the bbq food wasnt really enough. at the end of it only kahsiong, fah jin, mingde, oli & i stayed over at the chalet.. & we didnt even do much, we just slept from 1-10 before we checked out. hahaha. i finally got a chance to catch up on my sleep. :)

yay last two days were spent visiting some relatives and ALOT of friends! haha. went to kaikeng's house on chu er and we had steamboat at his house. there we played mahjong & blackjack and i won a little bit, but it wasnt even enough to cover my cab fare home, which was more than 20bucks due to midnight charge. :(

then today we visited pinrui, mingde, eric, olivia, enghwee & shuhan's houses! on the way we lost some people and picked up some people, only pinrui, olivia, rouhui & me managed to stay throughout. :)
steamboat dinner again at shuhan's house was great! the food was nice, but i burnt my tongue 5 times cause the soup was too hot. :/ then we played more mahjong & blackjack! in the end i recovered yesterday's cab fare but took another cab home. spent damn alot of money on cabbing! tsk tsk. :(

okay there's still swensens treat tmrw night. at this rate im eating im seriously going to turn into a pig. :(

omg i havent touched my computer for one entire week! haha. the week has been pretty much the same, except i am now in 08S41 taking physics instead of econs and im now recognised as a traitor cause i left 08S61. :(

im now in the same class as boonyi again! the class is nice but its quite a huge class with 32 people. apparently jiaying's class only has 14 people. thats less than half of my class. :/

after band prac on wednesday, the whole band "lao yu sheng" together! it was a messy affair, but it was quite fun! haha. because of my stupid 9pm curfew i had to take cab home on so many days. :( but it finally ended so im free!!

yesterday was band prac again, without mr tan. then the j2s wore their secondary uniform! some of them look damn cute! haha. major camwhoring after band. then the j1s went to pastamania to eat. :) after lunch, oli, gabriel & i went back to vj to help with the packing of cookies! we finished quite fast, so i went to kaikeng's house with jessie & enghwee after that to play mahjong! & drink hoegaarden. :)

dinner at kk's, then i followed enghwee to his house beside ahs, & i went home with jiaying & yanzhu after they watched the ahs concert.

supposed to go shopping for cny clothes today but then i had lunch with my relatives so i couldnt make it to meet the rest. :( after that i did a major spring cleaning at home and now my room is spick & span and ready to welcome the rats! haha.

ooh only two days of school next week. :)
