seems like i mia-ed for quite some time since the last entry! back in singapore since last tues but i havent really got time to update cause i've been trying to catch up with studies & i'm like lagging behind the rest by one whole lap! i have to go back for make ups practically every day next week so it isnt exactly a break for me. sigh, its so tiring and i'm super duper unprepared for promos. :(
plus, piano exam is in exactly two weeks' time and i just changed one piece last week! unless a miracle happens, i think i'm so going to fail. :(

on a lighter note, there's no lessons tmrw, and its half day so we are all going back to st nicks! we didnt get to celebrate teachers' day last year due to the blackout, so hopefully tmrw will be double the fun! & CC OUTING AFTER THAT! :D

so many things happened and i am getting lazy to update. basically we changed a lecturer, jacob from costa rica and i totally love his accent and pronunciation. hahaha! caught in the rain a few days back and got quite sick, but luckily i recovered after a day and i got to go shopping at cambridge town today! spent 8 hours walking around and bought lots of stuff! now i seriously have a problem squeezing everything into my luggage. haha.
aww, last day of lessons tmrw, got to do a geog presentation and we're ending off with a casino night before going to london on monday! sadly i cant get to watch the olympics table tennis match tmrw, i do hope they get gold lah, bring singapore glory!! :D

I DONT WANT TO RETURN TO SINGAPORE. i cant stand the thought of all the tutorials, revisions and tests staring at me the moment i land in changi airport. ahh. how i wish i could stay here. :(

we learnt about glaciology and stepped into the room which was -35 degrees to make our very own snow! then national day celebrations was quite fun except the unpleasant incident at the bar and then the guys from our school had to act as our bodyguards and protect us for the night. :/

okay thats about all. and i miss singapore food already. :(

okay im actually feeling quite lazy to blog right now, but shall do so for the sake of updating my parents and friends! went to the museum ytd, followed by the research institute today, and i must admit i didnt really enjoy myself that much, except during the free time where we had the chance to walk around the town. bought a few presents already, but many more to go! and i finally bought a new wallet! YAY.

but accidents always happen. we misheard the time to gather so we continued shopping until we missed the bus to go back to college and had to take a cab back instead. gosh, the meter jumps just like the singapore taxi, but that would mean it costs 3 times as much! haha.

attended a lit lecture after dinner and i couldnt comprehend what the lecturer was trying to say. THOU IS STUPID, probably. hahaha.

its actually 08/08/08 in singapore, but not yet over here! AHH THE OLYMPICS!! i shall make a wish when that day comes. but if only what chewps say will happen. check back here in a few days' time! okay i should probably use the computer less and do my work instead. :/

did a little bit of shopping yesterday at cambridge town. oh and i had a jacket potato for lunch and the serving is like HUMOGOUS. they were super generous with cheese too, but just imagine how sinful is that! ehh why dont they have smaller servings at cheaper prices? hahaha. :/

lessons started proper today, there's only 11 people in the class, from aj, cj and hci. gosh i love the lectures here, its like SHORT AND SWEET. three hours and we managed to cover lithospheric process! going to visit the musuem later though. okay i admit, i dont exactly have a very good definition of the word "MUSEUM". probably this can be an eye-opener! hahaha.
